happy new year!

made this for some friends from college when they came to visit.

this comes from smittenkitchen. it's a mushroom and blue cheese galette. the crust is store bought (sometimes it's just that much easier:) and used some large button mushrooms and some mushrooms i'm not quite sure the name of but they were good. the recipe is ridiculously straightforward and easy. happy 2011!
